The 32-year-old woman who fatally hit an NYPD officer Monday had anti-police sentiments, according to a Facebook live-stream video she posted hours before the crash.

Jessica Beauvais admitted that she drunk vodka and smoked marijuana shortly before her deadly encounter with 43-year-old Anastasios Tsakos who was directing traffic on LI Expressway at around 2 a.m.
