Florida impaired driver fatally hit judge, seriously injures boy; Identified herself as ‘Harry Potter’ upon arrest

A Florida woman has been arrested Friday morning in Boca Raton after killing a prominent judge and seriously injuring a 6-year-old boy in a tragic hit-and-run accident.

Authorities said that North Lauderdale resident Nastasia Andranie Snape was unconscious prior to her arrest after crashing her vehicle while escaping from the fatal accident scene.

Once she regained consciousness, the 23-year-old identified herself as “Harry Potter” and began acting erratically.

    Feuerstein was designed as federal US East District Court of New York in 2003 and presided over several high-profile cases including al-Qaeda members in Long Island.

    Her mother was also a judge and both formed the first mother-daughter judges in American history.
