Three dead family members were discovered at a Mesa, Arizona home on Monday evening after a 12-yar-old girl with a gunshot wound ran to her neighbors’ home to seek help.
“I grabbed her. We pulled her into our front porch, sat her down because she was bleeding really good. And then we heard a gunshot, so we grabbed her, pulled her inside the house…continued to stay on 911,” the neighbor said.
Police rushed to the teen’s home where they found three dead victims identified as 51-year-old Ruben Sanchez and wife Ana Guerra, 49; and Amy Sanchez, 18.
The 12-year-old had a gunshot wound to the wrist when she fled the scene; Mesa Police Detective Brandi George said adding that the incident is being investigated as a murder-suicide.
