Philadelphia news, Pennsylvania news.

Pennsylvania authorities are investigating a grisly and bizarre murder in the hopes of identifying the murderer.

Detectives have discovered on Wednesday a dismembered human body in trash bags when a U-Haul truck driver pulled over and surrendered.

The driver then told police: “I don’t want anything to do with that. There’s a body in the back” as he got out of the truck.

A passenger was also arrested at the scene without incident. He was later identified as 47-year-old Taray Herring, a convicted felon.

He’s since been charged with abuse of a corpse, criminal trespass, theft, and tampering with evidence.
