An Ohio social work student and dance graduate died in a tragic accident in a parking lot as she tried to retrieve her credit card from the ground late Monday.

As she made her way out the garage at around 11:37 p.m., 23-year-old Victoria Strauss dropped her credit card as she paid through the parking machine.

She leaned out the car door to recover it but accidentally hit the gas prompting the vehicle to speed up and trap her head against the toll booth.
