US news.

According to Johns Hopkins University data, 365 thousand Americans have died of the coronavirus which can also be translated into shocking numbers of one death per 905 people across the US.

The first week of the New Year brought record-breaking numbers of new Covid-19 cases and fatalities. In the course of the last 24 hours, 4,000 Americans lost the battle with the invisible enemy.

The numbers are the highest ever reached since the outbreak and are on the disturbing rise especially in New Jersey, where daily new cases topped 100,000 last week, Arizona, Rhode Island, Arkansas, and California.
