Detroit news, Michigan news.

A former resident of Olivet, Michigan was tracked down in New Hampshire and arrested for allegedly sending gruesome pictures of a mutilated body to a Michigan election official because she refused to certify Biden victory.

Wayne County Board of Canvassers Chair Monica Palmer had along with fellow board member William Hartmann been the subjects of heavy criticism for not certifying the county’s election results.

They would later change their votes after being promised a post-election audit.

According to the FBI, Katelyn Jones, 23, sent “threatening communications” to Palmer including photos of a mutilated body with comments about her young daughter.

She continued: “Our election is TERRORISM, and us Americans clearly don’t tolerate terrorist, so yes you should be afraid and so should [Palmer’s husband’s name].”

“You have made a grave mistake. I hope you realize that now,” Jones said the day following the board meeting.

The suspect confessed to the allegations against her to FBI agents and said she made the threats because Palmer interfered with the election results.

Jones was released after posting bond and is expected to show up in court again on Jan. 13. She also was ordered to undergo a mental health program in the meanwhile.
