A Texas nurse was shot and killed by her boyfriend who then fatally shot himself on Nov. 18.
Marjorie Tate, 54, was working as a nurse at Texoma Medical Center where her colleagues last saw her two days prior to her death.
“She just never spoke negatively of him. There was never a concern about her safety at all. It was completely out of the blue,” colleague Mandy Phillips said.

Nothing seemed suspicious in Tate’s relationship with 42-year-old Marcus Tate-Clay before their lifeless bodies were discovered inside their home.
Tate’s daughter reported her missing that same day she was murdered, police said.
The incident is being investigated as a murder-suicide. It was not clear if there were any disputes prior to the tragedy.
