Hours after being released from a rehab program on Nov. 21, the younger brother of the late former WWE star Ashley Massaro was fatally stabbed near a Midtown Manhattan Pizzeria.

“He got out of rehab and got on the train. And that was it,” Ronnie Massaro’s close friend said in a statement.

“Out of a program and on the train, and not even 12 hours later, he was gone.”

According to reports, Ronnie was struggling with alcohol addiction, prolonged sadness, and depression after losing his 39-year-old sister, Ashley, on May 16, 2019 by suicide.
