Arizona authorities have arrested three suspects that have terrorized the city of Henderson, Nevada, and Arizona on Thanksgiving Day as they drove around and shot randomly at people, killing one.
Shawn McDonnell, 30; Christopher McDonnell, 28; and Kayleigh Lewis, 25; went on a shooting spree in Henderson, Nevada, and in the Parker and Bouse area of Arizona on Thursday morning.
Their acts alerted troopers that received a description of their car and gave pursuit when they spotted them in La Paz County, Arizona.
The suspects drove off the roadway leading their vehicle to roll over until it landed on its roof with them inside.
As troopers closed in and asked Shawn McDonnell and his passengers to surrender, he produced a handgun at them. The officers fired at him, and he sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The trio was hospitalized to receive treatment for several injuries including those resulting from the crash.
The shootings in Henderson occurred just before 1 a.m. and left several people injured including three men and a woman, and a 22-year-old man dead.
