Pennsylvania news, US news.

President Donald Trump and his legal team said that they were grateful to Pennsylvania Judge Matthew Brann who had dismissed their lawsuit for “helping us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the US Supreme Court.”

The federal judge had thrown out Trump’s lawsuit requesting the court to block the certification of all voters in the Keystone State on Saturday due to the lack of evidence.

The President’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, shared a statement on Twitter regarding the judge’s dismissal.

The statement continued: “We will be seeking an expedited appeal to the Third Circuit. We are disappointed we did not at least get the opportunity to present our evidence at a hearing.”

“We hope that the Third Circuit will be as gracious as Judge Brann in deciding our appeal one way or the other as expeditiously as possible.”

“This is another case that appears to be moving quickly to the US Supreme Court.”
