Philadelphia news, Pennsylvania news.

Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s personal lawyer, had a bizarre reaction when he learned about his client’s loss.

At the Four Seasons Total Landscaping in Philadelphia, Giuliani appeared shocked to hear that media networks have called Joe Biden President-elect.

“All of them? Oh my goodness! All the networks. Wow!” Giuliani exclaimed before raising his arms and talking to the sky: “All the networks. We have to forget about the law. Judges don’t count.”

Giuliani tried to recompose as he questioned the credibility of the results: “Don’t be ridiculous. Networks don’t get to decide elections. Courts do.”

“Maybe in Pennsylvania. There’s certainly enough evidence to disqualify a certain number of ballots. The ballots that were not properly inspected should be thrown out.”

The former NYC mayor announced that the Trump campaign will file a case in federal court on Monday with more than 50 court observers ready to testify that they were “uniformly deprived of their right to inspect any single part of the mail-in ballots.”

“There was zero security. The people of this country have no assurance of all that those ballots that were cast,” he said.
