Ft. Lauderdale news, Florida news.

A Florida boy has passed away after being shot in the head while playing with a loaded gun with two other small children.

7-year-old Brayson Plummer was hit when the weapon went off as he played with a 5 and 11-year-old. The boy’s aunt called the police and said that she has been asleep when the shooting occurred.

But neighbors said that they have always been worried about Plummer’s safety. He was spotted multiple times wandering in the streets at night, alone and there were more than 80 complaints filed against the occupants including for noise, child and elder abuse, and shootings.

“It’s just so terrible. Children cannot protect themselves. It’s just so sad,” a neighbor said. Another neighbor said that Plummer would offer to pet her dog: “He was so cute. He is just a little guy.”
