Walking a dog had turned into a fatal shooting over poop-training when an enraged gunman killed a 21-year-old woman and severely injured her boyfriend.
Isabella Thallas and Darian Simon didn’t even engage in the argument with 36-year-old Michael Close who complained about the couple’s dog pooping near his home. From his apartment, the gunman yelled at them, claiming that they didn’t train their dog properly.
Simon told police that they ignored the furious man prompting him to fire at Thallas, killing her. The suspect was arrested hours later driving on a highway with a rifle and a handgun inside his vehicle.
“Today, we lost a daughter, sister, niece, and friend,” Thallas’ mom wrote on Facebook. “We ask that you respect our privacy and Isabella’s life by keeping this positive and loving.”
