Bowie High School teacher accused after sex abuse of a student at the school.
Prince George County Police Service investigated 29-year-old K Sean Donovan Jr from Block 3200 of Winterbourne Drive in Upper Marlboro after the student reported to a family member that Donovan had A love relationship.
The investigation revealed that Donovan and the student had had sexual contact in the school grounds several times since May 2019.
Donovan is charged with sexually abusing a minor third-degree sexual offence and related charges.
