A Florida man was filmed assaulting and spitting on a restaurant client wearing a MAGA hat, according to a report.
Matthias Ajple, 43, was arrested and charged with battery for the Oct. 25 attack on Hurricane Grill & Wings in Vero Beach, according to the WPEC.
Ajple had gone around the bar and told Robert Youngblood, 67, "You should go back to Russia, you communist.
Ajple then hit the head of Youngblood, who wore a red cap "Make America Great Again".
Moments later Ajple spits directly on Youngblood. He then fled in his car, but not before Youngblood managed to write down the suspect's license plate number.
The authorities found Ajple and charged him with battery.
