A jury had convicted an ex-cop of murdering his parents and concealing their bodies in connection to the grisly 2017 slayings.
William Taylor, 50-year-old, was found guilty of first-degree murder of his father Paul Robert Taylor, 76, and second-degree murder of his mother Mary Jane Taylor, 77.
The bodies of the elderly victims were found wrapped in blue tarp and duct taped with "baseball-sized" holes to their heads.
Prosecutors said that the suspect has been living with his parents after his divorce and was angry at all the things they prevented him from doing such as drinking inside their home or bringing his dog in.
The sentencing hearing for Taylor was set for July, 9.
