A Maryland real estate agent was found dead along with her husband inside their Chevy Chase home earlier this month in what authorities are investigating as a murder-suicide.
61-year-old Kate Fralin was found dead from gunshot wounds on April 2, along with her husband, William Scott Fralin.
The mother of three worked in public relations, founded her sustainable fashion brand, and later became a realtor in Chevy Chase.
“She had the gifts of grit and grace that served her clients well. She was a beloved colleague of everyone she worked with throughout her esteemed professional life,” her obituary read.
A co-worker remembered Kate as “whip-smart, strategic, a little scrappy, elegant, and classy.”
“She was everything you thought when she walked into the room. You couldn’t miss her, and you didn’t want to; she’s a great person.”
