Authorities in Arlington, Texas are investigating after a deceased man’s body was found floating in a lake Friday afternoon.
Police responded to the scene after a resident at a local home called 911 to report a body floating in the lake behind their home in the 4100 block of Surfside Court.

The body was recovered just after noon. Investigators observed no obvious signs of trauma and determined that the man had been in the water for a while.
They added that the deceased had no identification on him.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office is working to identify the body and determine a cause of death.
