Manhunt ongoing in Pennsylvania for 2 home invaders who killed 25-year-old man, injured mother

Authorities in Pennsylvania are actively looking for two “dangerous people” accused of killing a young man and critically wounding his mother during a home invasion early Sunday morning.

The incident occurred at a Lower Merion Township home at around 2:20 a.m. when Kelvin Roberts allegedly broke into the residence and fatally shot Andrew Gaudio, 25, as he “fought back and tried to help his mom.”

Gaudio’s mother Bernadette Gaudio, 61, was also shot multiple times and is currently hospitalized in critical condition.

Investigators are also looking for a second suspect involved in the home invasion. His identity was not immediately released.

  • “We’re dealing with dangerous people,” said Montgomery County DA Kevin R. Steele.

    Roberts has been charged with second-degree murder, burglary, and robbery. A reward of $5,000 is offered for his arrest.

    “He may be armed and dangerous,” the prosecutors’ office warned.
