Three children were abducted from a Virginia bus stop by their own mother who was later arrested in Alabama, police said Thursday.
Shanice Davidson, 55, led authorities in a pursuit on Interstate 495 in Birmingham hours after she allegedly kidnapped her three children, ages 6 to 10, from a Fishersville bus stop at around 7:45 a.m.

The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office issued an Amber Alert following the abduction after determining that the children were in “extreme danger” with their “estranged biological mother”.
The children were found unharmed about 600 miles southwest of where they had been kidnapped.
Davidson has been charged with three counts of felony abduction.
