A Florida man was released on bond after he allegedly shot his wife in the neck, admitting to cops that he “did some cocaine” before the mishap.
Sean William Wollard, 27, was found holding a blanket to his injured wife’s neck wound when officers responded to their home at around 1:30 a.m. Monday.
The victim told officers that the shooting “was an accident” and that her husband “didn’t mean to do it.”
Doctors said the woman could be paralyzed from the neck down after the incident.
Wollard allegedly made incriminating statements following his arrest.
“The defendant stated, ‘We were looking for the cat all day, we came inside, turned on a movie and did some cocaine,’” the affidavit said.
“I went to put away the firearm and the gun went off.”
