A Pennsylvania man is behind bars after he allegedly stabbed his girlfriend to death for cutting her hair.
Carmen Martinez-Silva, 50, and her brother were allegedly attacked at the brother’s home on Sunday.
49-year-old Benjamin Garcia was reportedly angered by Martinez-Silva new haircut and had threatened to stab her.
The woman spent the night at her daughter’s home fearing for her life. The following morning, she went to her brother’s place where Garcia found her and allegedly stabbed her to death.
Martinez-Garcia’s brother was also injured in the incident. Garcia allegedly tried to stab two more witnesses.
“The family is devastated by this loss, we would’ve never imagined a tragedy like this would happen to our beloved Carmen,” a GoFundMe page read.
