An Iowa boy is dead after he was tragically killed in an accident while riding his bike.
Ottumwa Police said 8-year-old Jaxxon Cain died Tuesday afternoon when a Dodge truck driver inadvertently backed his vehicle over him.
The victim had just finished second grade at Douma Elementary School; the school district shared a statement mourning the boy’s death.
