New poll shows Trump can easily defeat Biden’s potential replacements

A series of Data for Progress polls compiled by FiveThirtyEight showed that former President Donald Trump could easily defeat a host of potential “replacements” for President Biden should he step down from the race.

In the polls, Trump beat California Governor Gavin Newsom 47 to 44 and Vice President Kamala Harris 48 to 45.
