West Palm Beach news, Florida news.

A beloved math teacher was gunned down late Friday in front of her children outside a West Palm Beach, Florida hotel.

Jamie Rae Felix, 45, and her two sons aged 10 and 17 were ambushed by her estranged husband Ray Felix as they left a recreational business at around 4 p.m.

The armed man arrived in a rental car and forced his family into their Chevrolet SUV where he and Jamie Felix argued over their ongoing divorce proceedings as he drove around.

The suspect then returned to the parked rental vehicle and ordered his older son to drive and follow the family’s Chevrolet that he and the other two family members were riding.
