Autistic boy, 5, found dead in Florida canal

Hours after he went missing from a Belle Glade park Monday, the body of an autistic boy was recovered from a canal where he had drowned.

Siyoga Murphy Jr., 5, vanished while playing with his sister at Pioneer Park at around 6 p.m., authorities said.

    Deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office determined that the boy may have gone into a nearby pond.

    They reportedly used sonar to locate the child underwater in an area filled with bodies of water.
