A Texas father was arrested last weekend after authorities found his hungry, unattended children inside a locked car while he was bar-hopping.
Fabio Aaron Minchala was charged with two counts of child abandonment late Saturday.
His two children, aged two and six, were locked up alone inside the car. Investigators learned that during this time, Minchala visited at least three bars.

Bartenders told detectives that they kicked Minchala out of their businesses after he became very drunken, and violent and started annoying other customers.
The father was reportedly “slurring his words” and barely standing when found inside Ditzy Duck Bar.
He admitted to leaving the children alone in the car but claimed he planned to return soon.
