A woman whose child was allegedly raped by her suspected killer was found dead inside her San Jose home last weekend.
The 33-year-old victim was discovered dead by a concerned relative inside her home on the 900 block of Thelma Way.
The victim, her child, and suspect Ray Garcia used to live in the same home until last month when she confronted him about the alleged child rape.

Now, Garcia stands accused of rape and murder. He has reportedly denied all the allegations.
“I can’t get into any of the details given the fact that this case is currently under investigation,” said Santa Clara County Deputy District Attorney Michael Gilman.
“We are interested in seeking the truth and continuing this investigation.”
