Authorities in Rochester are investigating after the remains of a newborn infant were discovered at a recycling facility Thursday.

On Thursday, at around 10:40 a.m., police were called to the Zero Waste Solutions recycling facility after a worker found “what appeared to be the body of a human baby in the recycling products.”
