Teen surrenders after allegedly shooting sleeping man at ‘point blank range’ on bus

A Washington teen has turned himself in to authorities Monday to face murder charges in connection with the deadly shooting of a sleeping bus passenger.

17-year-old Miguel Rivera Dominguez is accused of shooting Marcel Da’jon Wagner on October 3 while he dozed off on a King County Metro Transit bus in White Center.

Investigators said that the teen fired five rounds into the victim’s head and neck area at “point blank range” killing him.

    Rivera Dominguez was being sought in connection with the murder for more than a month.

    He surrendered “without incident” and was charged with first-degree murder and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
