A Florida woman was charged with two counts of animal cruelty with the intent to injure or kill after she allegedly starved two dogs causing one’s death.

Antonella Rivoir, 20, was arrested on Thursday in connection to the June 27 incident when a housekeeper called 911 after discovering the family’s pets were severely malnourished and dehydrated.

Rivoir was hired to look after Patricia Gutierrez’s five dogs and a cat while she was on vacation and was given instructions on how to care for all the animals.
