Clearwater news, Florida news.

A Florida teen accused of stabbing two fellow students at a Clearwater high school this week reportedly “idolized” terrorists, school shooters, and serial killers.

The unidentified juvenile, 14, went on a stabbing spree Thursday morning in the concourse area of Countryside High School knifing one student’s neck and another’s chest and abdomen.

“It was anybody and everybody, as I said homicidal pick-them-at-random,” said Clearwater Police Chief Eric Gandy.

A school resource officer apprehended the suspect at gunpoint after a brief chase. The first victim was released from the hospital while the 16-year-old with multiple stab wounds was still in the ICU by Friday.

Gandy revealed that the suspect wrote a manifesto about how he “hated humanity” and “idolized” serial killers, domestic terrorists, and school shooters.
