Man arrested after pushing stranger to his death on Maryland subway tracks

A suspect was arrested over the murder of a straphanger whom he pushed to his death onto the subway tracks on April 12.

28-year-old Christopher Foster was reportedly waiting for a train on the Shot Tower Subway in Baltimore when suspect Joseph White allegedly pushed him from behind onto the tracks.

  • Foster, who did not know the suspect, died at the scene from electrocution, authorities said.

    White was busted at New York City hotel on Wednesday. He is currently awaiting extradition to Baltimore City where he is expected to face first-degree murder charges.
