A human smuggler fleeing police in Texas caused a deadly crash that claimed four people's lives including that of a 7-year-old girl.
Authorities said that Rassian Natery Comer, 22, was carrying eleven illegal migrants in Ozona when he slammed his truck into the car of Maria Alvarez, 71, and 7-year-old Emilia Tambunga, her granddaughter, killing them both.

The Texas Department of Public Safety said two male immigrants died in the collision. Comer, who faces many charges over human smuggling and the crash, is listed in critical condition.
“While I am heartbroken, I am also enraged,” Rep. Tony Gonzalez tweeted.
“Enough is enough. Illegal immigration is killing Americans. We need to stop with the rhetoric & deliver solutions.”
