Stalker breaks into Redmond home, kills couple before taking own life

A Washington couple was slaughtered inside their Redmond home early Friday morning by a stalker who then took his own life, authorities said.

The three people were found dead inside a home on 89th and 169th Street at around 2:30 a.m., the Redmond Police Department said.

Police said that the 35-year-old husband's body was located on the front lawn, suffering a gunshot wound to the chest.

    It was also revealed that the woman had a no-contact order against her stalker, a 38-year-old trucker from Texas whom she met online through her podcast.

    Redmond Police were alerted to the incident by the wife's mom who was at the home at the time of the incident and managed to escape and call 911 from a neighbor's home.
