Drug deal ends in murder of young Virginia dad; body dumped in Maryland

one year ago

Prince George's County news, Maryland news.

Nearly one month after he mysteriously disappeared, the body of a missing Virginia dad was located in Maryland on Thursday.

The discovery was made after one of two suspects in Jose Guerrero's murder case led investigators to the man's remains in a wooded area of Prince George's County.

Investigators believe that Guerrero was stabbed to death during a drug deal on December 21 and then transported in his vehicle that was later found abandoned, and covered in blood.
