Four people dead in Indiana house fire including mom, 3 children

An Indiana mother and her three children were killed in a horrific house fire early Saturday morning, authorities said.

Firefighters in Steuben County responded to the blaze that erupted in a Fremont house shortly after 5 a.m. They were assisted by firefighters from four neighboring fire agencies.

    Preliminary investigation suggested the blaze started in an unoccupied area on the second floor.
