Indiana triple-murder suspect threatens to kill officers at Delaware County Jail

A Muncie, Indiana suspected murderer is facing additional charges after he reportedly threatened to kill his jailers at the Delaware County prison

Devin Xavier Myers, 28, was allegedly determined to possess a “shank” or a “sharpened instrument” on him Thursday when he made the alleged threats.

  • “I’m going to get all you…before I go to prison. I swear on my kids I’ll get you,” Myers reportedly told a corrections officer.

    Myers was arrested on murder charges for three fatal shootings of 19-year-old Kyler Ryan Musick, whose body was found near Prairie Creek Reservoir on July 12, and two of his relatives at their home.

    Delaware County Prosecutors charged Myers with intimidation and being a prisoner in possession of a deadly weapon.
