Huntsville news, Alabama news.

An Alabama real-estate agent was found dead inside her burned-out home along with her abusive husband, weeks after she asked the court to lift the protective order she had against him.

The bodies of 40-year-old Martella Tyler and 43-year-old Justin Tyler were recovered from the burning Huntsville residence shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday.

Court records revealed that the woman was granted a protective order against Justin in February after violently assaulted her.
