Relatives of a Virginia girl who was killed by her grandmother’s Rottweiler earlier this year are now facing charges in connection to the fatal mauling.

Olivia Floyd’s grandmother Penny Lee Bashlor, 64, and her husband, 60-year-old Stephen Christopher Kachmar, were hit with a slew of charges Friday that included murder.

On January 29, the 7-year-old was attacked by the couple’s 4-year-old dog and later died at a hospital. Her parents were also charged with child cruelty/injury in connection with the case.
