A Florida mother is behind bars after she allegedly confessed to forcing her young daughters to drink bleach leading to the death of a 3-year-old girl.
The Sunday incident took place outside a Poinciana church where 36-year-old Joanne Zephir ingested bleach with her 8 and 3 years old daughters inside a parked vehicle.

All three of them were hospitalized but the younger girl did not survive. Zephir reportedly admitted to a relative that she choked her to death.
Zephir had an outstanding warrant for attempted murder and aggravated battery in Orange County.
“The reason for doing this to her children was because the victim in Orange County must have put a voodoo spell on her, making her harm her children,” police said.
