The results of a Politico/Morning Consult survey revealed Wednesday showed that if President Joe Biden were to run for a second term today, he will be winner over Donald Trump.
Biden was also in the leads over other prominent GOP figures of the likes of Mike Pence and Ron DeSantis.
But the President wouldn’t be that lucky against an eventual Republican candidate with 46 percent of the surveyed vowing to support the generic GOP member against 37 percent for Biden.
The President had repeatedly voiced his intention to run for presidency in 2024 with Kamala Harris as running Vice President. When she was asked about whether she’ll be with Biden on the ticket again after two years, she answered:
“I’m sorry, we are thinking about today. I mean, honestly, I know why you’re asking the question because this is part of the punditry and the gossip around places like Washington D.C. Let me just tell you something: We’re focused on the things in front of us.”
