Dallas news, Texas news.

A Dallas teen, 18, was fatally shot at her family home when a stray bullet struck her while sleeping in her bed, police said.

Crystal Rodriguez had just graduated from high school before becoming the victim of a drive-by shooting that occurred at around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Dallas Police Chief Eddie Garcia was visibly upset during a press conference and insisted Rodriguez and her family were not targeted but randomly involved in the fatal shooting.
