Los Angeles authorities have arrested Angela Kukawski’s boyfriend and charged him with her murder after finding the woman’s body inside an abandoned car in Simi Valley on Dec. 23.
Police said that Kukawski, who worked as a business manager for the Kardashians and Nicki Minaj, died a horrific death at the couple’s Sherman Oaks residence approximately 20 miles from where she was later found.
49-year-old Jason Barker had allegedly used a gun and a knife to murder the 55-year-old woman whose cause of death was found to be strangulation and blunt force trauma injuries.
Barker allegedly “caused cruel and extreme pain and suffering for the purpose of revenge, extortion, persuasion and for a sadistic purpose, to inflict great bodily injury,” police said.
Kukawski had been working with Tupac’s estate and as a manager for several celebrities including Minaj who mourned her passing on Instagram.
“Hardest working, most reliable, sweetest person you could ever know. You didn’t deserve this, Angela. My heart is breaking for your children. Rest In Peace.”
