Days after he traveled with an infected official, President Biden was disturbingly coughing and clearing his throat through a White House speech about the new omicron strain Tuesday.

Biden tested negative for the coronavirus on Sunday and Monday after he learned that a “mid-level staffer” was infected when they traveled from South Carolina to Pennsylvania on Air Force One.
