Waleska news, Georgia news.

A Georgia couple was arrested in connection with the deadly abuse of a 1-year-old boy who died last April while in the care of his mom’s boyfriend.

Gregory Farrell Davis Jr., 24, and Amber Lynn Ellis, 23, are now facing murder charges over the death of James on April 28.

The indictment affirmed that Ellis knew her boyfriend’s violent temper and still left James alone with him “knowing that said child was being injured while in Davis’ custody and care.”
