While discussing serious matters at a Palm Beach press conference on Wednesday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis sent the crowds in applause after dubbing the Biden administration “The Brandon administration.”
“If you look at all the things that are going on, you see Big Tech, you see the corporate media – although they weren’t too happy with Virginia last night,” DeSantis told the audience.
“If you look at that; If you look at what’s going on with some of the big corporations with their woke agenda.”
He then added: “When you look at the Biden – when you look at the Brandon administration…” before being interrupted by the crowd’s cheers and chants of “Let’s go, Brandon.”
The phrase had recently become a popular meme to express discontentment with President Biden and his administration.
