Houston news, Texas news.

Houston Police have arrested a 35-year-old woman and her boyfriend in connection with the gruesome finding of a deceased corpse that had been left within sight of other small children for a year.

Gloria Williams, the child’s mom, was charged with injury by omission and tampering with a human corpse. Her boyfriend, 31-year-old Brian Coulter, was charged with murder.

Authorities had discovered remains of an 8-year-old boy, later determined to be the victim of a homicide, under blankets inside a room while his three brothers, aged 7, 10, and 15, lived at the same home.

  • The boys’ parents were living at another location which is only 15 minutes away from the apartment. They seemed to have “abandoned the children for an extensive amount of time.”

The older boy had called 911 Sunday and informed police that a brother of his was dead inside the home for a year and that he and his siblings needed help.

Neighbors told news outlets that they had been providing food to the teen, thinking he lived alone. He reportedly never mentioned having siblings, and appeared very protective.
