Authorities in Los Angeles, California are probing a murder-suicide involving Rapper 600 BossMoo and a woman.
Officers first responded to a call last Thursday from a woman claiming that the rapper was firing shots at her at a Los Angeles apartment.
28-year-old Jasmine Green was pronounced dead at the residence from multiple gunshot wounds. By the time officers reached the scene, the rapper had already taken his life.
The rapper, born Navon Dukes, reportedly shot himself in the head after killing Green. The incident was ruled a murder-suicide.
“I just want to know what made @600bossmoo go off on my cousin like that,” a relative of Green posted on Twitter.
“This is the woman who was suddenly taken from us. Whatever conversation/argument, emotions weren’t worth it! He didn’t even know her long.”
600 Boss Moo was associated with drill Rapper Edai who was shot six times and killed last month.
In 2014, he was sentenced to serve one year behind bars for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon/vehicle.
And in 2016, the performer’s jail stint went on with a three-year sentence for possessing a stolen vehicle and assaulting an officer.
